Limiting the authority of fish and wildlife commissioners prior to senate confirmation.

    AN ACT Relating to the fish and wildlife commission; and adding a new section to chapter 77.04 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.04 RCW to read as follows:

    A fish and wildlife commissioner may not vote on issues before the committee nor conduct business on behalf of the fish and wildlife commission until his or her appointment is confirmed by the senate.
