Repealing the vehicle tax refund to island counties.

    AN ACT Relating to the refund of vehicle license fees and fuel tax to island counties; and repealing RCW 46.68.080 and 47.17.990.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

(1) RCW 46.68.080 and 1961 c 12 s 46.68.080; and

(2) RCW 47.17.990 and 1994 c 209 s 10.
