Making deposits into the emergency reserve fund.

    AN ACT Relating to deposits to the emergency reserve fund; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  By June 30, 1998, the state treasurer shall deposit . . . million dollars from the state general fund into the emergency reserve fund under RCW 43.135.045.  However, the deposit made under this section shall be reduced by the amount of fiscal year 1998 general fund--state revenue deposited under RCW 43.135.045(1) such that total deposits during fiscal year 1998 do not exceed . . . million dollars.
