    AN ACT Relating to higher education needs in Spokane county.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  This act shall be known as the higher education needs in Spokane county act of 1998.
