Allowing insurers to consider employment driving records.

    AN ACT Relating to use of commercial employment driving records; and repealing RCW 48.30.310.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 48.30.310 and 1977 ex.s. c 356 s 3 are each repealed.
