Exempting specified matters from the cutoff resolution.

    WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8423 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 1998 Regular Session of the Fifty-Fifth Legislature;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the state of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8423 shall not apply to Senate Bill No. 5776.
