Increasing the number of alternate operators allowed under
certain commercial fishery licenses.
AN
ACT Relating to commercial fishery licenses; and adding a new section to
chapter 75.28 RCW.
BE IT
ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW
SECTION. Sec. 1. A
new section is added to chapter 75.28 RCW to read as follows:
The
fish and wildlife commission may, by rule, increase the number of alternate
operators beyond the level authorized by RCW 75.28.030 and 75.28.046 for a
commercial fishery license, delivery license, or charter license.
