(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Creates the miscellaneous transportation programs account.

     Designates the appropriate utilization of the moneys.

     Declares an intent of the legislature that this account maintain a zero or positive cash balance at the end of each biennium.

     Directs the department to provide an annual report to the legislative transportation committee and the office of financial management on the expenditures and full-time equivalents processed through the miscellaneous transportation programs account.
