Provides that no chemical dependency program or outpatient mental health treatment may be provided to a minor child without consent of the parent or guardian, if available to give consent.
Establishes notice requirements for persons who provide shelter to a minor child.
Requires parental notification of the arrest, detention, or penalty imposed on a minor child.
Makes parents or guardians liable for damages by a minor child.
Requires parental participation in diversion agreements.
Authorizes parents to be provided classroom instruction materials for inspection.
Requires parental permission before a student may attend classes concerning suicide or sexuality issues.
Establishes notice requirements to parents regarding the subject matter of student tests and surveys.
Requires notice to parents regarding counseling services.
Requires parental consent before a person may provide health care or invasive medical procedures to a minor child.
