(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises provisions relating to the requirements for the filing of corporate documents by insurance companies, health care service contractors, and health maintenance organizations.

     Requires processing through the insurance commissioner only.

     Requires the commissioner to notify the secretary of state upon receiving a filing or taking an action regarding a corporate name.
