HB 1068 - DIGEST

     Provides that no person may knowingly possess or consume liquor in any of the following buildings located on the west state capitol campus grounds:  (1) Legislative building;

     (2)John L. O'Brien building; or

     (3)John A. Cherberg building.

     Declares that a violation of this section is a class 1 civil infraction under chapter 7.80 RCW.
