HB 1122 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the local government to remit revenues from the taxes imposed in RCW 82.14.360 and collected in disaffected areas to organizations chartered under Title 35 RCW, for the purpose of  mitigating the negative impacts caused by the siting of the baseball stadium.

     Requires an examination of mechanisms for mitigating adverse impacts including, but not limited to, parking, community economic development, and events traffic planning in geographic areas adjacent to and disaffected by the siting of the baseball stadium.
