HB 1145 - DIGEST

     Requires that revenues from the tax imposed under RCW 50.24.018 that exceed the limit that may be deposited in the employment and training trust fund are to be deposited in the unemployment insurance trust fund.

     Repeals RCW 43.131.377, 43.131.378, s 10 c 226, Laws of 1993, s 12 c 226, Laws of 1993, s 14 c 226, Laws of 1993, and s 20 c 226, Laws of 1993.
