HB 1149 - DIGEST

     Declares that the purpose of this act is to abolish the doctrine of adverse possession and the doctrine of prescriptive easement prospectively, but retain those doctrines as the doctrines existed prior to the effective date of this act.

     Repeals RCW 7.28.050, 7.28.060, 7.28.070, 7.28.080, and 7.28.090.
