HB 1222-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Provides that, for robbery in the first or second degree, manslaughter in the first or second degree, assault in the second degree, or any attempt, conspiracy, or solicitation to commit these crimes, the aggregate earned early release time may not exceed fifteen percent of the sentence.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
