HB 1227 - DIGEST

     Declares that a person is guilty of assault in the second degree if he or she, under circumstances not amounting to assault in the first degree violates RCW 9A.88.030 or 9A.88.110 after testing positive in a test approved by the state board of health to detect exposure to the human immunodeficiency virus and receiving notice of that fact.
