HB 1284 - DIGEST

     Establishes a program to increase the number of students who reach the essential academic learning requirements at fourth grade for reading, writing, communications, and mathematics, as measured by the fourth grade assessment and classroom-based assessments. Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
