HB 1318 - DIGEST

     Allows a person to enter into an agreement with another person for a period of up to three years requiring such person to purchase exclusively from or sell exclusively to such other person, amusement games.

     Allows the agreement to provide that it be automatically renewed for another three-year period, or successive three-year periods, if neither party gives termination notice of the agreement at least thirty days prior to its termination.
