HB 1322 - DIGEST

     Provides that a collective bargaining agreement pertaining to wage-related matters negotiated or determined between Washington state patrol officers and their employer before approval by the legislature of the funds necessary to implement the agreement may be conditioned upon subsequent approval by the legislature of the funds.
