HB 1381 - DIGEST

     Requires an additional fee of five dollars to be paid and collected with each semiannual payment and deposited into the department of licensing services account of the motor vehicle fund for the costs of administering the semiannual payment program.

     Applies to motor vehicle fees due after September 30, 1999.
