(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires that a petition for review of a final order or judgment of the board of industrial insurance appeals regarding crime victim compensation be filed within ninety days of the final order or judgment.

     Declares that chapter 51.52 RCW shall not apply to matters concerning employers as parties to any settlement, appeal, or other action in accordance with chapter 7.68 RCW.
