HB 1421 - DIGEST

     Requires a transportation center authorized by chapter 81.75 RCW including all of the uses permitted by that chapter, to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.

     Authorizes a transportation center to provide commercial retail services, offices, professional services, financial institutions, and any other use necessary and convenient for the users of the public transportation system operating at the transportation center.
