HB 1429 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that it is a class 1 civil infraction as provided in RCW 7.80.120 for a person to discard a cigarette, cigar, or other tobacco product capable of being lit, in violation of this act, in which case the maximum penalty and default amount is five hundred dollars.
