     Provides that, beginning with reports for calendar year 1996, the employer of an elected official or executive state officer required to file a statement of financial affairs under this act shall, after January 1st and before April 15th of each year, file with the commission a statement of authorized expenses, as described under RCW 42.17.241(4), for the preceding calendar year.

     Provides that for the statement of authorized expenses required by RCW 42.17.240(5), the employer of an elected official or executive state officer shall disclose the items specified in RCW 42.52.010(10) (d) and (f) that the employer authorizes the official or officer to accept, and that the official or officer accepts, in his or her official capacity.
