HB 1526 - DIGEST

     Revises RCW 82.14.350 to provide that the county may not charge a city that contracts for jail services for construction or depreciation costs, either as part of the daily rate for prisoner costs or any associated jail fees, for that proportion of the jail facility funded by the proceeds of the tax authorized.
