HB 1567 - DIGEST

     Allows the chief of the Washington state patrol to delegate a power or duty vested in or transferred to the chief by law, or executive order, to an assistant or subordinate based upon the needs of the patrol, as determined by the chief; but the chief is responsible for the official acts of the officers and employees of the Washington state patrol.
