     Requires the director to establish a specialty chemicals alternatives advisory committee to be composed of five members appointed by the director.

     Declares that the purpose of the committee is to review and advise the department on materials produced for the public on alternatives to household chemicals.  The purpose of the review is to advise the department on the accuracy and scientific content of all materials published by the department on chemical alternatives in order to assure the accuracy of and public confidence in the information.
