HB 1625 - DIGEST

     Requires that members must be confirmed by a majority vote of all the county legislators of the counties within the jurisdictional boundaries of the board.

     Provides that each growth management hearings board member is subject to recall at any time upon written request therefor served upon the governor by two-thirds of the county legislators of the counties within the jurisdictional boundaries of the board.
