HB 1763 - DIGEST

     Directs the Washington state gambling commission to adopt rules to implement a program for the purpose of compulsive gambling education and awareness.

     Makes an appropriation of one hundred fifty thousand dollars from the state lottery account under RCW 67.70.240(5) to the Washington state gambling commission for the purposes of this act.
