HB 1770-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Establishes the fees for the transfer of Dungeness crab-coastal fishery licenses.

     Provides that a surcharge of one hundred twenty dollars shall be collected with each Dungeness crab-coastal fishery license and with each Dungeness crab-coastal class B fishery license issued under RCW 75.28.130.  Moneys collected under this section shall be placed in the coastal crab account created under RCW 75.30.390.

     Declares that persons may not deliver crabs caught in Oregon and California waters into the state.
