(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that the administrator for the courts shall, under the supervision and direction of the chief justice develop a system for standards and administration of certification of professional guardians as defined in this act.

     Requires the standards to improve coordination between guardians and guardians ad litem.

     Requires a report by January 1, 1998.
