     Authorizes the office of the attorney general to contract with the city of Redmond's police department, the Washington state department of corrections, or any other state, local, or private agency necessary for implementation of supervision management and recidivist tracking program partnerships to include the development of a state-wide computer linkage between the attorney general's homicide investigative tracking system, local police departments, and the state department of corrections.  Moneys shall be spent for computer hardware and software, initial start-up costs, and other costs fundamental to the establishment of supervision management and recidivist tracking program partnerships in local communities.

     Makes an appropriation of two million dollars from the state general fund to the office of the attorney general for the purpose of implementing the supervision management and recidivist tracking partnership program.
