HB 1843 - DIGEST

     Requires that, within thirty days of the effective date of this act, the department of health shall establish a process by which local health jurisdictions and local school districts cooperatively establish the fee schedule that will be used to conduct school inspections required under RCW 43.20.050 in the district.
