     Revises RCW 29.10.090 and 29.10.180 relating to periodically maintaining voter registration lists.

     Requires that, on or before May 1, 2000, each county auditor shall perform a thorough review of the county's voter registration list as part of its periodic maintenance of this list under the provisions of RCW 29.10.180.
