HB 1870 - DIGEST

     Declares that the board shall act as the disciplining authority for providers and resident managers registered with the department under chapter 18.48 RCW, and may upon request respond in an advisory capacity to questions raised regarding the care and treatment of residents of adult family homes licensed by the department of social and health services or its successor.
