HB 1876 - DIGEST

     Directs the department to provide a program of training for 911 operators on the use of teletype writers to communicate with persons with hearing or speech impairments.

     Makes an appropriation of one hundred two thousand five hundred dollars for the fiscal biennium beginning July 1, 1997, and ending June 30, 1999, to the department of social and health services to implement the program authorized under this act.
