HB 1909 - DIGEST

     Revises provisions of chapter 58.17 RCW relating to land division.

     Provides that a local ordinance must not impose requirements or procedures that are inconsistent with the provisions of RCW 58.17.040(4), (5), or (7).  No ordinance is necessary for divisions of property as provided for in RCW 58.17.040(7)(e) (i) or (ii).
