     Excludes landscape maintenance and horticultural services.

     Excludes service charges associated with tickets to professional sporting events.

     Excludes the following personal services:  Physical fitness services, tanning salon services, tattoo parlor services, steam bath services, turkish bath services, escort services, and dating services.
