HB 1972 - DIGEST

     Provides that, whenever a county or city that plans under RCW 36.70A.040 prepares a detailed statement under this chapter on a proposed comprehensive plan or subarea plan, or amendments thereto, the county or city shall also analyze the potential economic impacts arising from the proposal, including potential economic impacts on property owners.
