HB 1994 - DIGEST

     Declares that no breeder may operate a facility in which five or more litters of dogs or cats, or both, are bred and produced annually for sale without a license under this chapter.  No person may represent oneself as registered, or engage in any commercial breeding operations covered under this chapter, without being registered by the department of health.
