HB 2030 - DIGEST

     Provides that resident student shall include any student enrolled in an academic program delivered by distance learning technology if that program is offered by a consortium of institutions of higher education that enable Washington residents to take courses from an out-of-state institution of higher education at the same tuition rate offered to that state's residents.
