HB 2123 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to facilitate and encourage fair bargaining between mobile home owners and mobile home park owners in order to achieve mutually satisfactory agreements regarding space rents in mobile home parks.  Absent such agreements, the legislature further intends to protect the owners and residents of mobile homes from unreasonable space rent increases while simultaneously recognizing and providing for the need of park owners to receive a just and reasonable return on their property.
