HB 2137 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in addition to the requirements of RCW 43.155.170, the department shall, in awarding funds under this chapter, consider the impact of peak tourism periods on the community in the design, construction, or repair of a local government's streets, roads, bridges, water systems, and storm and sanitary sewage systems.
