HB 2148 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to eliminate the health care policy board as it provides no additional service which an already established state health care entity is not already able or cannot be enabled to provide.

     Creates the Washington state health care authority within the executive branch.

     Repeals RCW 43.72.320, 43.73.010, 43.73.020, 43.73.030, and 43.73.040.
