HB 2214 - DIGEST

     Directs the work force training and education coordinating board to analyze all state expenditures for work force training to determine program effectiveness and to recommend whether current programs funded from state sources should be continued.  The work force training and education coordinating board shall report to the legislature by December 1, 1999.

     Repeals RCW 43.131.377.
