(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Eliminates the health care policy board.

     Transfers the responsibility for granting and monitoring antitrust immunity provisions to the department of health.

     Declares that proprietary information provided to the department in petitions for immunity shall be confidential.

     Repeals RCW 43.72.320, 43.73.010, 43.73.020, 43.73.030, and 43.73.040.

     Repeals section 2, chapter 281, Laws of 1996.
