HB 2302.E - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes counties that hold money in trust for school purposes to dissolve the trust, the corpus of which does not exceed fifty thousand dollars, and to distribute the money to school districts.

     Requires the county legislative authority to adopt a resolution finding that conditions have changed and it is no longer feasible for the county to administer the trust.

     Repeals an act for the protection of the Joshua Brown school fund on pages 219 through 223, Laws of 1875.
