HB 2305 - DIGEST

     Revises procedures for the processing of absentee ballots and for ballots picked up from precincts.

     Directs the secretary of state to adopt rules providing for posters summarizing election crimes and maximum penalties to be displayed prominently in all locations where absentee ballots and ballots picked up from precincts are processed and tabulated.
