HB 2307 - DIGEST

     Directs the secretary of state to adopt rules providing for the preparation of voting instructions and ballots, including absentee ballots and mail ballots, in braille and for the distribution of these instructions and ballots at the request of the voter.

     Requires that voter registration cards and applications for an absentee ballot or ongoing absentee status must include space where an applicant may request that voting instructions and ballots provided to the voter be in braille.
