HB 2312 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that an employer not domiciled in this state and employing workers performing work in this state for the employer must:  (1) Have an account with the department;

     (2) qualify as a self-insurer under title 51.12 RCW; or

     (3) file with the department a certificate issued by the agency which administers the workers' compensation law in the employer's state of domicile certifying that the employer has secured the payment of compensation under the workers' compensation law of the other state and is subject to an intergovernmental agreement.
